My Favorite Japanese Udon Veggie Soup
I can say that I am a HUGE fan of Japanese cuisine! And whole my family loves it, too - especially my son Danil. So I cook it quite often, including this recipe - topped with fresh spring onions (just take a scissors and cut the onion green steam vertically).
But you can also add whatever you want here, this is the greatest thing about this kind of meal - and Asian food in general - it could be made with chicken, beef, eggs, seafood, anything!
