Mini chocolate cake for my little Princess Alisa

 This is my new recipe ...but as everybody in my family
cannot eat sweets anymore (we are all try to eat healthier),
I decided to make really small cake! I couldn't help myself! I cannot stop baking!!!
So it's a moist chocolate fudge cake - you can taste a very strong chocolate flavour in it
(as it's made with 78% Swiss  chocolate not cacao powder).
The cream is made of fresh strawberry puree, whipped cream, a bit of icing sugar and vanilla.
The top decorated with fresh made chocolate ganache and bits of of broken strawberry plus caramel.
