These are amazingly tiny, just adorable booties
 I made for an upcoming baby boy shower  that I'm attending
 ... for a person I don't even know yet!
I do hope she'll appreciate and enjoy this gift from me!

 They are not only cute but also eatable,
made out of marshmallow (fondant, icing sugar and lemon juice)

Valentine's Day Cookies

Mini chocolate cake for my little Princess Alisa

 This is my new recipe ...but as everybody in my family
cannot eat sweets anymore (we are all try to eat healthier),
I decided to make really small cake! I couldn't help myself! I cannot stop baking!!!

So it's a moist chocolate fudge cake - you can taste a very strong chocolate flavour in it
(as it's made with 78% Swiss  chocolate not cacao powder).

The cream is made of fresh strawberry puree, whipped cream, a bit of icing sugar and vanilla.

The top decorated with fresh made chocolate ganache and bits of of broken strawberry plus caramel.

 This amazing cupcake is one  I made for my son's class teacher Mrs. Riley.
It was her birthday, and purple is her favorite color!
So I decided it would be nice to give her something pretty, and also something sweet and tasty!
