Seafood soup with mushrooms and deep-fried tofu

 Today is rainy but incredibly warm and nice day , I ve walked with my Mama to Japanese market and decided to treat my family with Japanese food for the rest of the week ! 
So here it is ! Seafood  miso soup  with deep fried tofu , mushrooms , soybean sprouts and cilantro !!
 Its served with rice( cooked in cloth -old -fashioned style )  ,which was cooked with chestnut, Jinger root and sesame oil ! Very rich flavor  and light but healthy meal !
 as  a second meal I cooked red snapper( wild-caught )  grilled on cedar board - amazing  smoky ,forest smell  !  Served with multi -colored squash ,carrorts, radish ,cilantro,garlic and mango dressing !
